Advantage Real Estate Group LLC’s is a Property Management Company specialized in housing the disadvantage population. Our primary objective is to end the cycle of homelessness by providing homeless men and women a safe, sanitary, drug-free environment. Our Mission is to assist disadvantage individuals being discharged from correctional facilities, substance abuse programs and homeless shelters by providing them different levels of housing base on their financial means. All our houses are supervised residential facilities, we provide, emergency single room occupancy units. Studios, 1, 2, 3, & 4 Bedroom Apartments based on each individuals ability to pay. Most, if not all of our tenant have rent subsidized programs to help with the cost of housing. We are now looking to provide permanent onsite case management services at all our residential facilities.
