Our capital advisory group takes the mystery out of raising capital. We work with our clients to find appropriate funding and investors that share their vision. Our advisory services include raising capital (debt, equity and everything in between), designing an ongoing capital and funding strategy, buying and selling businesses and executing founder exits. Led by Eda Henries and Daniel Boakye, our team has $14bn+ career transaction experience.
