Shield Cleaning Co. was established in 2008 and been in business for ten years and the last eight years under new management. The company was founded from the desire to fulfill the belief that a reliable and exceedingly quality service can be provided to customers which can be guaranteed to meet all their cleaning needs and so it has done. We have grown explosively in the last two years. We are accredited by the Greater New York Chamber of Commerce. We are a choice cleaning service for the New York City Charter School Center, a member of the Cleaning for a Reason Foundation, a group that offers free cleaning for cancer patients. Additionally, we are certified by the IICRC (or Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and also have an A-rating from the Better Business Bureau. We strive daily to find new ways to better our company and to better satisfy the needs of our customers. Our employees are recruited based on a thorough background screening, interviews and professional demeanor. They are informed trained and are expected to follow all the proper guidelines and procedures. When on the premises of customers they are properly attired in uniform and will show up on time with a detailed outline of services to be performed. Any problems or concerns that arise will be handled in a timely and professional manner so the services will be delivered to customers in a smooth and hassle free manner.
