Xylem Projects is a new mission-driven real estate investment and development firm with a focus on preserving workforce housing and developing mixed-use projects in transitioning neighborhoods in the NYC tri-state area. Xylem seeks to leverage the work of leading policy experts and behavioral scientists to maximize the positive impacts of buildings on their tenants.
