Zima Repairs & Co LLC specializes in the custom renovation sector and will provide safe and affordable housing for a wide range of clients from Section 8 programs to the elderly and the handicapped. Zima Repairs & Co LLC’s long-term goal involves providing stable, affordable and safe housing to communities throughout the 5 boroughs of New York City within the next five years of operation. The primary objective is to pursue properties which are abandoned and vacant but are otherwise plumb, level, square and structurally sound, and to then renovate these properties into safe, modern housing for families or individuals in need.
